All change of mind returns are at the customer's cost and must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Any returned items must have proof of postage if under £10 cost, higher value returns must be tracked and insured to avoid loss during the returns process.
Any items returned that are not in A1 as supplied packaging and condition will be evaluated and only part refunded.
Any faulty items can be returned using a prepaid label which we can send you - you will need a printer to print this off
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we have received your return.
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- All online orders paid for via Paypal or Sagepay cannot be refunded in store. This includes orders which have been picked up in store.
